When you upload a photo or type a message, we use it to make your order. Your files are stored on our servers in the UK and are seen by our print team.

Some features use artificial intelligence. Finding and cutting out faces in your photo for photo wrapping paper is done by our own software, on our own servers in the EU. Where you ask us to draw a design, check a photo or suggest wording for a message, we use carefully chosen AI services to help create the result from the photo or text you give us.

Who Else Handles Your Data

Payment (Stripe), delivery (Royal Mail and others), email and text messages, hosting (in the UK and the EU), reviews, advertising and measurement (Google, Meta, Snapchat), the AI services mentioned above, and others. Each acts on our instructions only.

How Long We Keep It

Order records and the files needed to remake your order are kept for as long as we may need to remake it or account for it.

Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, free of charge, or ask us to correct or remove it, through our Contact Us page. "Delete My Data" in your account replaces your email address and phone number throughout our records.
