Will my wrapping paper arrive as a roll or sheet?
You will receive your paper as a roll (up to 5m). * Please note - if you have ordered multiple designs, they may be delivered together and rolled inside one another. Each design will be labelled by number and include your name and order ID.
How is my order shipped?
We use a range of couriers including Royal Mail and DPD. Wrapping paper is always shipped in a tube.
How much is postage?
Delivery costs to the UK and Ireland are calculated at checkout.
When can I expect my order?
Due to the current climate, you may experience delays to your order which are out of our control. We cannot offer a specific delivery date due to the personalised nature of each product. All orders are dispatched quickly and most arrive within 7 working days.
Do you deliver to Ireland and will there be Irish customs charges?
We sure do! Delivery to Ireland usually takes a few days. Customs charges could be payable upon delivery - this depends upon various factors due to Brexit and not everyone has to pay. We are not responsible for any additional charges after your order is dispatched.
Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for any personalised unwanted items.

Is the wrapping paper recyclable?
Yes, we use water-based inks and the paper is fully recyclable.
What size is the giftwrap?
Our giftwrap comes in rolls up to 5m long and are 60cm wide.
